What does ERDE Labs do?
ERDE Labs is an AI and software development studio based in Cologne, Germany. We make companies visible in AI search such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews (GEO), and we build AI chatbots and AI agents, custom software and MVPs, CRM systems, websites and online shops, mobile apps, 3D and AR applications and system integrations. We work as an embedded product team for companies that do not have a product team of their own.
Where is ERDE Labs based and who do you work with?
We are based in Cologne. We work with companies across the DACH region and remotely across Europe, mostly mid-sized businesses that want to use digital products or AI without building their own technology department.
What does embedded product team mean?
Strategy, design, development, AI, integration and iteration come from one team that works inside your business, not next to it. A core team in Cologne brings in specialists per project, for example 3D artists, ML engineers or mobile developers.
How does a project work?
In six steps: understand, design, build, integrate, validate and scale. We first find the real bottleneck, show prototypes before production code, ship weekly releases and let usage data decide what gets built next.
How fast do we see a first result?
A discovery sprint takes one week and turns a business problem into a clearly scoped first version. A clickable prototype takes days, not quarters. During development we ship new releases every week.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on the scope, so we do not quote flat prices. We deliberately start lean with the most useful first version. The Smart Quote demo gives you a recommended starting point in three questions, and a concrete proposal follows a first conversation.
Do you build AI chatbots for companies?
Yes. We build website and internal assistants that answer from your own knowledge and hand over cleanly to people. The assistant on this website is an example. The Hauswerk demo shop and the Lumen demo hotel also show AI assistants that advise, book, cancel and handle returns.
Can AI process invoices and contracts automatically?
Yes. Our document processing reads invoices, contracts and delivery notes, extracts the key fields, checks rules such as mandatory details and totals, and files the data in systems like DATEV or an ERP. The Document Analyzer demo shows the flow live.
Do you work with our existing systems?
Yes, integration is part of every project. We connect CRM, ERP, shop, payments and email, for example HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP, DATEV, Shopify, Shopware and Stripe, so data is no longer copied by hand.
How do you handle data protection and GDPR?
We plan data protection from the start. Together with you we clarify which data is processed, where it is stored and which providers are suitable, and design the solution to comply with the GDPR. Contract details such as a data processing agreement are covered in the project.
Can I try your solutions first?
Yes. Every service page has a live demo to try: an AI assistant, AI lead qualification and an AI knowledge bot, document analysis, Smart Quote, a product finder, a 3D product viewer, an MVP planner, two phone apps for appointments and field service, and automations where you send orders, approvals and invoices through the systems yourself. There are also two complete demo websites, the Hauswerk online shop and Hotel Lumen in Cologne, each with an AI assistant.
Do you support the product after launch?
Yes. After launch we harden and extend the product and grow with your company as a long-term partner. Usage data decides what comes next.
